Evan Surratt is considering walking on at Fresno State this fall. He sat out last year, any idea why he was offered a DIA scholarship? He had decent size and was an DII SS all-CIF WR in 03 with Kevin Ciccone. He will, however, play cornerback at FS if does walk on. You seem to be the expert on Hart HS FB, and FS is becoming a very popular destination for Hart players. Surratt will give FS 5 Hart alums. I would appreciate any info on Surratt you may know. Thanks!
